Air-cons worked very well on hotter days and when it got cooler the apartment is easily heated to a comfy warm environment. 1 min walk into the subway station that is then 1 stop into Grand Central Manhattan! The area is beautiful and has plenty of cafes and restaurants too keep you full, with a short stroll down to the foreshore you have some of the most amazing views of Manhattan, kids playgrounds, running tracks, as well as ferry rides to Dumbo, Brooklyn & activities all at your finger tips.”
